We’re looking for a DM Setter to generate and qualify leads through direct outreach—no cold calling required. This role involves engaging with potential clients via social media, optimizing outreach strategies, and ensuring a steady flow of booked sales calls.

Responsibilities:
✅ Send and manage direct messages (DMs) on social media platforms to engage potential clients.
✅ Optimize social media pages to attract and convert leads.
✅ Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and connect with ideal prospects.
✅ Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) using spreadsheets.
✅ Manage and maintain lead flow in CRM (GoHighLevel – GHL).
✅ Coordinate with closers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience as a DM setter, appointment setter, or sales development rep (SDR) preferred.
✔ Strong written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
✔ Experience in marketing, coaching, consulting, or high-ticket sales is a plus.
✔ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instagram DMs, and Facebook outreach.
✔ Comfortable working with KPIs, tracking spreadsheets, and CRM tools (GoHighLevel – GHL preferred).
✔ Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a high volume of outreach daily.
